Conner did the grading and laid the sod for our new build home about 3-4 years ago. Since then, most of the front has been good, but some lack of prep and lower quality sod in a few areas. The back was more so done poorly with mismatch sod quality and several dead spots due to lack of ground prep. They did a good job correcting some initial grading issues with water runoff and good prices/work on some additions. In response to owner response left 05/01/25: We've been in the home for three years, so the work was done more than three years ago, but less than four. Reviews that show how work holds up long-term are often less common but more valuable since issues shows themselves over time. Too often, reviews are left right after work is done when everything looks polished, but underlying iss
