They really knew what they were talking about and took the time to explain the best ways to care for different types of carpet and how to avoid using the wrong soaps and chemicals. Their knowledge and friendliness made the whole experience easy and stress-free. The entire carpet cleaning process was quick—done in about 30 minutes—and they used very few chemicals, which I appreciated. My carpet looks spotless now, and I wish I had called them sooner instead of spending so much time and effort trying to do it myself. This was honestly the best investment I’ve made in a while

Good padding under your carpet also makes a big difference. They take care of cleaning, padding, and repairs for these beautiful hand-knotted rugs from all over. The team, especially Jace, is professional and friendly, and having them pick up and deliver the carpets is super convenient. I’m always happy with the results—definitely 5 stars!

i had a great experience with carpet cleaning services in spring valley. my daughter accidentally spilled nail polish on our living room carpet. i managed to get most of the stain out myself, but there was still some residue left from the stain remover and the area looked uneven. i called another big cleaning company, but they said they couldn’t help with it. then i reached out to this company, and they sent someone over right away. our technician, max, was fantastic. he really knew what he was doing and took the time to make sure the whole carpet looked even and spotless. the carpet looked fresh and the stain was completely gone when he was finished. i’ll definitely use them again for all our carpet cleaning needs in the future, and will ask for max!
