I5N -- 85th St -- 15th Ave -- 3rd lane will open up on right side for Leary Way -- 7th Ave -- 43rd Ave -- 8th Ave/Fern Ave. Dock door/Receiving is off 9th Ave NW. Easy setup compared to their other dock off 42nd St which looks risky with cars in front of the dock with a downgrade. They only have 1 dock door with a dock plate.. so it's definitely a waiting game here with your time clock crunching down until they get to you. There was one truck being unloaded, while another one waiting for his 10am appointment and I had a 10:30am waiting in the back alley for my appointment with 8 pallets

We needed to return a water heater we purchased from Consolidated. We live in Edmonds and neither the Seattle or Everett offices of Consolidated wanted to pick it up. I had to call 5 separate times over the course of a week just to get someone to finally pick up the water heater. When Everett Consolidated called me to let me know they would be picking it up, they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor! A few weeks later I checked my credit card statement to see if we had been credited for the return and we had not been. I called Everett Consolidated twice for an explanation and was promised a call back both times - never happened. They finally did credit back my account but if I had not checked my statement and called them on the lack of refund there is no doubt in my mind that it nev

They have above average supplies on hand, fast turnaround for parts brought in from elsewhere, good hours and a very handy location. We're all grateful they are here and hope they stay forever. Having access to a professional-grade plumbing supply in the heart of things can be a real lifesaver! Just be prepared for odd and inconsistent customer service when you come in. It often seems like my needs are a nuisance and my research into what I need is dismissed without a full attempt to understand. I'll be the first to admit I am not a plumbing expert, so I do not know how to efficiently describe all the types of plumbing parts I encounter or require. I'm sure that my ignorance can be challenging for customer service folks, who I assume are much more familiar with the correct nomenclature. T

Very rude manager, Zero stars would best describe this company, Also making a delivery with a 53ft with sleeper , I calmly explained, i can't backup into dock, Manager told me to leave ! Unprofessional, zero integrity, zero professionalism Update, A C.R England driver lost his bumper while trying to backup into the dock. After seeing a 90 years in business sign inside the store and having a extremely rude manager at this business telling you to leave for not being able to backup into this dock is completely unacceptable,

I can't believe some of these bad reviews!! I have been helped by the wonderful counter folks, inside sales, drivers and fulfillment staff... everyone has been so knowledgeable, courteous, helpful. Prices and stock availability is excellent! Keep up the good work!
