Prices are cheap which is nice, but for equipment that breaks down on the jobsite due to materials and loading instructions given directly from the shop is something I can't show support for. We lost out on 3 days worth of work and had to just throw $1200 down the drain because they wouldn't reimburse us for faulty materials that were sold by the store. It was chalked up to "operator error". The field tech/mechanic came out and even explained to us that this issue was reoccurring over multiple customers and he was urging them to buy a new machine. Since I didn't want to keep wasting hard earned money I hired another contractor (27 yr professional) to do the work. I had one round of materials left over from the initial fiasco. The man's toy-store, complete with every piece if equipment ready to rent, on site, fueled up and ready to go. You can get tools and wrenches all the way from palm size to arm size. Great staff who are also friendly and knowledgeable
