Serenity clean is a scam. I scheduled a deep clean. They were supposed to come between 9 and 10. No one showed up. I took off work and had a painter that was supposed to come the following day to paint after the walls were cleaned now that pushed him back and I don’t know when I can get on the schedule again. You never talk to a person, everything is AI generated. Then they messaged me and told me no one is available. No one has called in a week and they already charged me the full amount.

Laura did a great job! There was an issues with one of the walls that she called my attention to. I appreciate that. She just didn't leave it for me to figure out on my own!

Fabulous cleaning company and great cleaners! I've been getting monthly cleanings from Serenity for several months now and their cleaners do a great job and go above and beyond to pick up and organize. Easy to schedule/modify either online, over the phone or text.

Our house cleaning was excellent. Taylor was prompt, very attentive to detail & made sure any special requests were satisfied. Communication was easy & seamless. I especially appreciated the same day service. Will definitely reschedule as needed.
