Ben was great. We had a CPVC-to-copper connection go bad on our supply line over the weekend. I was able to make a very temporary fix and sent a message through the website on Sunday with a tentative appointment. Monday morning, Maureen gave me a call to confirm everything. Ben showed up on time, took a look at the setup, and walked me through a couple different scenarios. There were a few older threaded connections that could’ve caused problems if he started wrenching on them, so he laid out the risks and options clearly. I asked a few questions, we agreed on a plan, and he knocked out the repair. He also gave me a heads up that it might be time to start planning for a new water heater in the next few years, which I appreciated. Solid experience all around.

Called to set appointment for my clogged kitchen sink and they were here within an hour. Pleasant and thoughtful about my floors. Wore booties. I like the charge for the job not by the hour was able to tell me price before starting.

Repair of water system from well to house. Updated piping and serviced water heater. Couldn't have asked for better service. Prompt, courteous and attentive to the clients needs. Joe and Ben were the best. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing and sewer services.

The technician came a little early which was great. He listened to the problems I was having, then looked at the 2 toilets and gave me the cost. He went out to get some supplies and went right to work. He was efficient and very nice. I also got a quote for an issue with the basement toilet. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend. I did have to call him back for a drip but he came back within a few hours and took care of it.
