Amazing service all around and at a good price! They helped me choose the carpet and actually recommended the least expensive choice, taking into consideration the fact that I rent instead of owning the unit. The installation was impeccable, they moved the furniture and placed everything back the way it was. I not only recommend it wholeheartedly - I now want to have them do my bedroom as well. They treated me like they treated costumers in the old days - not as a commodity but as a human being. They also did my kitchen floor years ago. It’s been about six years and the kitchen floor is still impeccable.

I’m so furious I don’t want to give them even half a star!They did a very bad job on our floor and basically just told us nothing can be changed ( without even trying anything).They could’ve informed us in advance how the color would look on different types of woods. They didn’t and communication was horrible. The worst part!! They supposed to put our key back to the mail box when they finished their job ( the guys always came in late by the way and every day different people) but instead the company took the key and mail it to us!!! And the key got lost! The worst worst is the manager doesn’t want to take any responsibilities but keep “ she said he said” and now just chose to stop responding he couldn’t even give us a legitimate proof the key was sent!!!Now at this difficult time because
