We recently ordered and had 2 very large garage doors installed by Continental Door Co. Chris Smart was our salesman. Chris showed great patience since my husband was procrastinating on the purchase. Chris made sure that we did not miss the promotion and followed up with us in a timely manner. The doors are beautiful! Upgrading the style and R factor made such a difference in the overall look of our project. This is the second set of doors ordered and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I called yesterday with an emergency at one of my storage facilities and Continental did a fabulous job! Amanda answered the phone and she was so polite and understood the urgency to the situation. Hasan came out and did a great job! Got the door working properly within the hour! Then I called back today and Nick answered the phone and he was so kind and had great customer service. We had a really good experience with Continental doors In Pasco. They replaced some of our springs and were super knowledgeable and helpful. Not only were they super fast, but their customer service was amazing and we really loved working with Chris Smart. He made the whole experience very easy.
