This company is a sham-they charged me an arm & leg $8K and did NOT finnish the job. They cannot be reached and their business location is no where to be seen. I’m 5 yrs into a 10 year warranty having to pay out of pocket for maintenance/repairs! I’m a Christian man & never pray for bad to come to anyone; However, I pray KARMA teaches them horrifically!

AC never worked from the start. Installed a new AC equipment. They never provided me the warranty documents and said they would mailed it to me and refused me to pickup in person. Stay away from this fraudulent business. All they good for is taking your money.

Excellent service. Jay, the General Manager, kept us informed every step of the way. Very courteous and dedicated installers. Made sure the installed mini-split was working properly before leaving. We would not hesitate to recommend and use their services again. Well worth it! Thanks guys!

I called our AC unit was not working, and this was the only company working after hours in the Nogales/Rio Rico area, so with that said..I wish I could give them 10 stars.. with these scorching temperatures we've had I'm sure we're not the only ones that the unit is going out with the AC going out ,out of nowhere!! Very professional, had our AC unit working this same night, and reasonable prices. I got to say, in the middle of this heat wave, ... 5 stars two years ago.. We bought a brand new system, now im just calling to simply get maintenance on the system, no call backs nothing... They ignore you. Wow, I guess once they get 7,000 out of you, they don't need you as a customer apparently. Thought this company highly until I started calling and no call backs, they simply ignore you.
