Kudos to Martha at the Nogales, AZ Home Depot. In the 4 years that I have shopped at this store Martha has consistently stood out as friendly & helpful. We appreciate you Martha. Keep up that good work.

Hard to find anyone willing to help. Plenty of associates but none willing to help. Product avaliable continues to lack across the board. Garden still closed on a Saturday at 8:45 am. Associates are quick to pass the blame around to someone who is not there. All to say, keep expectations very low.

Well, we ordered a washer and dryer, a Samsung stackable, whatever. Anyway, we went to Home Depot and ordered everything. The lady there GXG5896 asked if we wanted to order everything so they could install it, and we said yes. So supposedly she ordered everything. She said they were going to stack one on top of the other... yes, because that’s the whole point of buying stackables. But when the washer and dryer arrived, the day the guys came to install them, they said the stacking kit wasn’t included... the kit needed to put one on top of the other. And without that kit, they couldn’t install anything. So what happened? Nothing. We’re stuck. We’ve got the washer and dryer sitting there in the room where they’re supposed to go, but we can’t connect them because the stacking kit wasn’t order

Just went you think being respectful and customer service was gone , not here in Nogales Home Depot. Everytime we vist this location these guys and girls are all over it . Thank you for being excellent at human beings!

I had a delivery from the store which I always do because I hate going to any store these days and their store delivery option is just so good. For the first time the wrong order was delivered to me by the 3rd party company. I called and spoke to Itzel and she was so helpful and said she would talk to the manager to get the right order out to me. The Manager Jaime personally delivered my items after he got off work at 11pm. I spoke to Francia today to ask about it and wow I can’t say enough great things about how much these 3 went out of their way to make sure I got my order and make it right for me. Truly amazing customer service. They all need raises!! Just so you know this is the store in Nogales AZ that went above and beyond. I don’t write a lot of reviews but this speaks volumes about
