Technician was outstanding!! Skillful, knowledgeable, polite and courteous! Your AI scheduling and AI customer support needs total revamping. AI was absolutely no help or support what so ever.

Used Sears Home Services about 5 years ago and was pleased; now terrible customer service; all AI generated appointments with repeated mistakes: lost appointment, rescheduled with hours spent waiting for repair person (never showed), next appointment now weeks away. Dennis was fine. He did show up unlike Nathan that was scheduled on July 22nd and cancelled at 4:52 pm. However my washer still isn't fixed as Dennis did not have the rods he needed in order to fix it. I am not happy or pleased as I have had to now take 3 days off work and I should have only had to take 1. I am hoping on August 1st someone shows up. Dennis came and put in the new parts but it didn't fix my dryer. The drum is still loose and still hitting my appliances and wall when spinning. It is very noisy and did not fix the issue.

I had a disappointing experience with Sears Appliance Repair. They scheduled a visit to fix my dryer, providing a time frame from 8am to 5pm. When then technician showed up and performed a brief inspection, he informed me that I needed a belt, which he replaced promptly. He tested my dryer for a few minutes and claimed the issue was resolved. However, as he was leaving, it became clear during the test run that the problem persisted. The technician was still on my property, and I informed him that the issue remained. He told me that he had closed the work order, so there was nothing more he could do and suggested I reschedule for a follow-up appointment. The dryer is still broken, leaving me with

World class service from a very knowledgeable guy! He discovered that the previous tech you sent misdiagnosed the issue with my dishwasher and quickly fixed the problem allowing me to return the parts that were suggested but not needed, thus, saving me a ton of money.
