Couldn’t have asked for a better GC for our Grease Monkey Project. From start to finish they were incredibly responsive, professional, and solution-oriented. Any issue that came up was handled quickly and without drama. They stood behind their work and made sure everything was done right. What really sets them apart is how easy they are to work with. Clear communication, no runaround, and they genuinely care about the project. By the end of it, we weren’t just client and contractor — we became friends along the way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a team that actually shows up and delivers.

Put it this way - if Contracting Solutions played an Olympic sport, they'd win the gold, silver and bronze. Honestly, I can't say enough about these guys. They were on time, super professional and even answered my uneducated questions. The outdoor kitchen that they helped to create is nothing short of epic. From surveying the location and laying the foundation, to installing the water and electricity and helping to put together the entire project from start to finish - Contracting Solutions should be called the "Contraction Avengers" because they sure acted like superheroes to me. I can't say enough about these talented people. If you have a project, big or small - get in touch with these guys. They won't do you wrong (and their super reasonable!). Just ask for Pat or Rich!

Sam is an excellent Project Manager and he made sure all the details of the project were executed to exceed my expectations. Sam was extremely thorough from the start to the end of the project maintaining excellent communication and consistent follow-up with phone calls or emails.

Please avoid this construction company at all cost. They show up to work for few hours and get little to nothing done. The management is extremely rude and deadlines keep on getting pushed back. Pat- the owner is an angry man. They’re after the big $$ but won’t get the job done professionally. All the positive reviews are probably from their own circle and not someone that they worked for. Our project cost over a million dollars and it was a terrible experience. Please avoid them.

I used Contracting Solutions to build my coffee shop. It is a historical building and needed lots of updating. The project was completed in a timely manner, and our project manager, Sam, was extremely responsive and easy to work with! Every employee I interacted with was knowledgable/helpful as well. Even after the project, I was able to contact them with any questions and got all the help I needed. I would highly recommend Contracting Solutions!!
