Contractor Source

We used Costco which uses Contractor Source. I had a call within min of submitting my info. They scheduled to come out that day to provide quotes with samples. Sales Rep David Anderson was amazing. The next day I was promptly contacted by the Project Coordinator Akeina Smart who answered my questions and made sure everything was in order, once the contract was signed, I was handed off to Brianna Johnson who handled scheduling measurements and install. I have experience with counter top installs and can't stress enough how amazing this experience was. From start to finish, my project was handled professionally and faster than expected. I was very satisfied with the entire process, and delighted with the final product. My sales engagement was smooth and I was happy and very comfortable with both the company and my options from the start. My "template" visit was also very positive. The template gentleman was extremely friendly and made sure to know exactly what I wanted. The installers were super! What was supposed to be a two-day installation was completed in one. They took very good care of my home and my things throughout the installation process. If I didn't have new counters you would never have known they had been there! We had a little misunderstanding as we were not able to personally manage our project and communication through our primary contractor failed. But once Contractor Source got to the root of things, they made things right and I sure appreciate that. They care about their excellent reputation and that’s a rare thing today. Contractor Source from the beginning has been wonderful to work with! The sales team (Jessica &Lance) kept in touch and was very helpful in picking out the best countertops for our needs. The gentleman that measured for the template was very courteous and precise! The installer (Bonni) wonderful, courteous, respectful and truly a master of his trade !!!
