Adriana FAR the best Home Depot I've ever been to! The employees are very well-trained, They all have good attitudes, are polite and quick to help.

I absolutely love this store, they have everything Home Depot has sometimes more, but the deal is it's all laid out and I'm more simpler straightforward fashion usually it's a little less sometimes a lot less in terms of price, I just can't say enough good things about this store. if you need help the store manager Neil is an amazing Insight with great resources and tips and understands all the products in a store as staff go to Great Lengths to ensure customer satisfaction, I will definitely shop here and would strongly suggest you do as well

Horrendous non existent customer service. It took close to 8 weeks to get an order delivered and corrected. 1)Initial order was received damage in their warehouse and staff did not communicate the problem or reorder the replacement. 2) First delivery of items was incomplete when all of the items were in their warehouse. I was informed we will deliver the remaining items at no additional cost. Why should I be charged for their incompetence? 3)Damaged item that was reordered and delivered was the wrong item. Again I was informed the delivery will be at no cost and will not be charged for their incompetence. 4) Sales Manager repeatedly stated he would be on top of the order and call with updates, no return call was ever received. Sales Manager stated that we were provided the item at

The rental person is never happy. She made me wait for half hour to acknowledge me and accept my rental return. I was the only one there. She then made me wait for another half hour for the receipt which never happened. My frustration grew so I just told her to email the receipt. Worse experience ever.

This company has no website to check pricing or availability of products in stock, so you must drive all the way there to find out pricing is now the same as Lowes or Home Depot, and many times have been out of stock of items that i needed, mainly doors. I have seen several times that doors are damaged on the shelf already, so you must really inspect their products before you buy them. Home Depot now owns them, so pricing is basically the same, not worth the time or money to deal with all the issues they have.
