Horrific. If you are just dying for new sod to be turned into weeds, this is definitely your company. They fired one of their employees but decided to let them work. The guy filled their tanks with round-up. We spent a year letting them try to fix the issue. Our new sod is 80% weeds now. Our yard looks horrific and needs to be replaced. No one answers the phone or calls you back. This is the worst, most mismanaged companies I’ve ever dealt with.

Amazing service! I had a raccoon family living in my portico. I called CPM to assess the situation, they came out placed the traps and problem solved! Very communicative, affordable and timely! Highly highly recommend!

Longer story shortened as much as possible, I was unhappy with the service I was receiving from CPM. I reached out to the gentleman who sold me the service and asked him to come walk my property with me. He acknowledged that my yard should not look the way it did and he was going to have it retreated. After 3 business days I still had not heard anything so I reached back out to find out when it was going to be retreated. The response I received was that he was not sure as it was the end of the month and the tech I have was very busy. I am sorry but when a customer has already paid for a service that was not good, they should be fit in quickly. Also, there are other issues but this is getting long enough. I decided to cancel with CPM and wanted a refund for the last service as my yard suc
