This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Our refrigerator/freezer has been broken since November, and after nearly four months of repeated service visits, it is still not fixed. Their service has been ineffective through Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and even during two ice storms. We have effectively been without a working refrigerator for a third of a year. Every technician visit follows the same pattern: order more parts, wait for the parts to come in, install parts, and then the appliance still doesn’t work. This cycle has repeated over and over for four months. What makes this even more frustrating is that the technician himself has admitted that no matter how many parts are replaced, the refrigerator will not work. Our whirlpool wall microwave stopped working in the middle of running causing a burning smell (we experienced the same thing happen 2 years prior that led to whirlpool replacing the entire microwave/oven unit). We received subpar customer service from the front desk when we inquired about the specifics of the notes sent to kitchen aid and had to follow-up multiple times. Also after continued discussion with whilpool's safety department it was revealed that Michael W lied and stated that he had "checked all of the wiring" when all he did is check for error codes during his initial diagnosis. This led to him having to come back out to fully check the unit prior to parts being ordered and the microwave actually being fixed. Ryan arrived on time with a positive attitude. He remained professional and even had a great sense of humor. He found out by testing that our dryers heating coil was grounded out and needed replacing. He had the part in his vehicle along with a much needed new fuse. He went above and beyond servicing by taking the time to clean out all the dryer vent lent by using a shop vac also while showing me how to safely do it myself. We received exceptional service and had our warranty honored. I would fully recommend Convenient Appliance to anyone.

We needed to have our refrigerator looked at and repaired and Convenient Appliance saved the day. We were able to get an appointment for the following week and Shea and Nick were not only there right on time, they diagnosed and repaired the fridge like new in less than 30 minutes. We received service from the company as part of our Home Warranty Program, or rather I should say lack of service. We have had dealings with this company, and this repair person in particular on three different occasions. Never have we received satisfactory service. On this occasion, after the initial appointment, which was an almost two week wait, the repair person checks the dryer and says that the parts need to be ordered and it will be another week or two to get them. When the repair person shows up with the parts, he determines that he had the wrong part and informs us that the problem may not be the dryer but rather the plug and they do not perform any work related to that and maybe we need to hire an electrician to check the plug.
