Great products and excellent customer service. They were very helpful and friendly in giving us application instructions and advice on which products to use over the phone. They were also very thorough with the order even contacting us with a question about the address before shipping.

The products were shipped promptly in sturdy packaging. Easy to order from the website. The products worked great and were easy to install with a garden sprayer and microfiber mop as shown in the video. The products dry fast and I was able to walk on the floor in less than an hour. The floors have a nice shine and no more dust from the old concrete. The technical support is very good. All my questions were answered by knowledgeable and friendly representatives.
