I would very much recommend these guys. They know what they are doing. No job is too big or too small. They helped renovate my laundry room into a bathroom and gave me a separate nicer laundry area. They also retiled and updated my Florida room with new paint and drywall. Eric was very communicative throughout and did a great job. Reasonably priced too.

Nadia does an excellent job cleaning. She is honest, trustworthy, reliable and does her best to work around vacations and family visits. She has become like family. So glad to have found her, she is a real treasure. I met her through her husband when he came to fix a plumbing issue. Both are wonderful.

Cookies cleaning is as close to immaculate as i could hope for. She never cuts corners and pays attention to every little detail. More importantly, for me, is her 100% trustworthiness. I never have to worry about anything being misplaced, broken or otherwise! Her prices are reasonable and affordable. I wholeheartedly would recommend this company without hesitation. Eric was referred to us to correct some plumbing and maintenance issues at our rental. We live in another state and were a little taken aback by the amount of issues that manifested after his thorough inspection, but Eric made an otherwise daunting renovation extremely manageable. He and his wife were patient, honest and direct in their communications. They did excellent work and their prices were fair and reasonable.

I previously gave a 5 star rating but the last few jobs I must say I have been disappointed. Friendly enough but get ready for a brag session that will last a while. Almost to justify his high prices. I have a cathedral ceiling and needed three light bulbs changed out. He went to Home Depot purchased them and put them in then cleaned the gutter behind the house which took twenty minutes with the hose $220.00 he asked if I was happy with the price and I did not say anything and he knew I wasn’t happy and tried to justify the price by saying this was a dangerous job due to the height of being on the roof and on the ladder to change the bulbs. The light bulbs were $27 the rest labor in total for less than an hour of work. He did have to go to a Home Depot that was further out due to the close
