Do NOT give this company your money! We had a small renovation done in the fall of 2025 to "fix" issues with the three season porch that was added as a part of our house. When they came in we discussed them rebuilding two walls that desperately needed to be rebuilt from the studs up. I got the contract and the wording sucked but because we had discussed rebuilding the walls and making a doorway bigger that's what I thought it was saying. They never went over the contract with us saying that they had to change anything to accommodate our budget, so we were under the impression that was what was going to be completed. We were told it would take two or three days to complete (leading us to further believe that we were getting what was discussed at our walk through). We go a phone call on a Mo

They did a amazing job on our master bath remodel. Paul the carpenter was amazing the entire way though the project and a joy to have around. Jason and his team made sure we were completely happy with the end project and the scope of work they did for the for the price was the best in town.

We recently had some work done on the exterior of our home….screen porch, deck and front porch repair. Our experience was wonderful and we will recommend them 100%! The office staff always answered the phone and gave us quick feedback for any questions. I especially want to give a shoutout to Daniel. He was punctual, always communicated with us and worked hard every day. Even when he found extensive water damage hidden in some walls that was not expected, he quickly changed course and completed the repair. Best of all were the results of his work…. his craftsmanship is amazing. Thank you so much for updating and refreshing our home. We look forward to employing your services in the future.

Cooks Home Improvement did alot work on our house 8 years ago and did a great job. Jason is a very knowledgeable and caring person. A couple of our new windows developed an issue. Jason called the manufacturer and was able to get new glass under warranty 8 years later. He and his son just installed the glass this morning. Call them for any home improvement you want to get done.

I met Ryan at the home show and told him we had a contractor start work, take our money and leave us without finishing anything, they damaged everything they touched!!! Ryan came out and gave us a bid. This company has a great eye for detail and they’re very professional and do quality craftsmanship. I’m so pleased with what they’ve accomplished for us, I’m having them back to finish the rest of our home. What started out as a “project from hell!!!” Has turned into making our home ours again and a pleasure to spend time in. Thank you to Jack, Paul and Ryan. Such a wonderful team to work with. I certainly appreciate everything you’ve done for us!!!
