Did a very thorough inspection and serviced each station. When he was done gave a thorough report on what he did and issues found. Could tell he cared about doing a good job.

We've used Cook's for decades. We have never had a problem with their workers or the office staff. There have been a few times-very few-where we had some minor issues-nothing really bad. Something like maybe pests showing up after recent treatments. The response is always amazing. We've always had a technician on site the same day, usually in just 2 or 3 hours. I remember one time when a tech responded in less than an hour! you will not be grilled by the office crew. They just say, "We'll send a tech to check it out." And they do.
