Our service tech Dan who is the face of cooks for we have not met the entire company has gone above and beyond and helping us feel comfortable and secure having the pest that we experience well diverted killed whatever word is and now we feel comfortable in our home. We appreciate Dan so much and he's very very considerate of our petswe don't have to lock them in a room or treat this as though it's their prison while they're here instead of their home. And for pet lovers and our pets are our family that means a lot. Dan is definitely an asset to your company he's precious that may sound like a childish statement but think about what the word means and that's what I want to convey to you about how we feel about them Dan. Mr. Dan is a great technician. He loves animals & understands how to relate to them. He’s very good about closing my gate back! A++++ In the past I’ve had my gate left open by a different technician. I never have to worry when Mr. Dan comes. He is the best & makes it possible for me to receive service without taking off work. Convenient, professional & most of all trustworthy & very kind.

Zero to hero…Started service last month. Good initial experience but then hit some issues with the technician. Contacted office and expressed my issues/frustration. They immediately sent out a supervisor (Shane Knott). Mr Knott was a professionals professional!! Not only did he address my concerns, he also imparted some rodent behavior/characteristic that helped me better understand what I needed to do. Thanks to Mr Knott, Cooks went from 1⭐️ to 5⭐️. Thanks Office Staff and especially Shane Knott……

Mr. Culpeper did an excellent job. He was very professional and patient with us as we asked many questions. He communicated clearly and used technology to help support his presentation. He walked around the house and shared information and identified places to support his points. The graphics helped us understand about areas of interest under the house. He is an excellent employee and I hope he gets a bonus for his quality work.

I had 3 jobs done in 2 days, all were done well and the men were very professional and personable.
