How in 2025 can dry cleaning and laundry service be closed on weekends when everyone in the known working world who needs these services after working the entire week? Why would you miss out on that much extra business? PS I am not talking about coin laundry.

If I could post a BIG FAT ZERO, I definitely would. DO NOT send anything, especially alterations, to this place. Drive elsewhere.....anywhere else! They had my daughter's bridesmaid dress for over 2 weeks. The day before she has to fly to Texas for the wedding, they say they lost it. What?? After it was finally found, Debra (who says she is the manager), cussed both myself and my daughter out, told us to pick up the dress within 30 minutes, and told us not to call back...…..then hung up!

Better off going to Marion or Radford for altercations. Lori was untruthful from the start. Said she could do the work on the phone, $10 no prob. Get there and she tells me she isn't comfortable helping me pin my dress up for the altercations, okay no big deal. Said the lady thats good with that kind of thing would be there the following Monday, to come back by. I had a little time to spare until I needed the dress so I said okay and left my name and number. Monday rolls around, I go and she tells me lady already left for the day, she lost my number (lie. My name and number was pinned to my dress cover). Said come back next Monday. I said I can't wait that long so she sends me to Radford. A little frustrating, but okay. I get my dress and pick up my son's jacket I had left to get a zipper

Well, I had brought in 2 pairs of pants to be cleaned and pressed. There was another iron scorch in my pants. I called to talk to the manager to complain, and the worker there didnt know the managers name. So I asked for the owner's name and all that she said was his name is Mike. I asked her his last name and when he would be in. She said that all she knew was Mike, and she didn't know when he would be in. She apologized profusely. So, I left it at that. But I will never bring in anything else in there that's not worth losing again.

Love their services! Very inexpensive! Cleaned my queen size alternative down comforter twice now perfectly!! Super friendly staff! Highly recommended!!
