Telling someone you refuse to honor a purchase because it was made at the “wrong store”. That is an insult to someone who drives 50 miles to give you business. Any store with a Lowe’s sign in front of it is the right store. Since that basic logic is beyond your comprehension we will never spend a dime at any of your stores in the future.

Im building a 1200 square ft room and most of the materials I bought was from Lowes in Wytheville Virginia. I started painting my ceiling and bought 5 gallons of Sherman Williams ceiling paint. One coat gureenteed. Well I needed a second coat and the paint didn't match. This is paint off the shelve nothing needed to be tinted. We'll the second 5 gallon bucket didn't match. Now this paint is $200 for a 5 gallon bucket. Store manager said there is nothing he can do, some paint just doesn't match. He also said I need to call Sherman Williams myself and try to get a replacement. Now I am not looking to scam Lowes and get free paint. I have a picture to prove the paint doesn't match. Purchased a Samsung refrigerator 1363.00 . About a month ago stopped making ice . A few days later food started to mold . Temperature in the refrigerator 45and freezer 34 . The cooling components have 5 year parts and labor according to the book . Called Samsung today was told I am responsible to pay a certified service man to diagnose the problem. Was told they don't have a Certified person in this area. Would wave the part about being certified but refused to put it in a email . According to the book it will void the warranty. Samsung said to get the local Lowe's service man . Don't but anything Samsung. .

Long wait for workers to come load the material i purchased. Incompetent to say the least.. its always like this here. Wait, wait, wait.. come on yall need to do better. Some people have work to do!!!
