After 30 + years as a customer, Horrible service, NO after hours on-call for when THEY'VE LET US RUN OUT OF FUEL TWICE THIS YEAR! We are on their "watchdog" service, where they are supposed to use their computer predictions based on weather, to prevent us being out. You can leave a message for someone to call back tomorrow, and close at 3:30pm, so when we called just before 4pm, they don't answer. They used to have an after hours, emergency number to call, but not now. Too bad I had to give one star rating to be able to post this. next day, after calling over the weekend and again on Monday when they opened, they came ~ 10am to fill our tank. Been a month since I started calling them to deliver fuel to my house. Called once a week for four weeks and went by the office. Office manager said he would get it delivered last week and still nothing. Working on it he tells me. Called again this morning and guy tells me that he would print a ticket but didn't know when it would be delivered. Been a customer for almost twenty years, worst service ever. Will be finding a new company to deliver for me . Ridiculous

This is the lowest rating there was, shame,,,,, should something LOWER !!! Been getting our heating fuel from them for years, called over three weeks ago to give them plenty of time, as of today three weeks later still no heating fuel, one excuses after another, called again this morning, they were VERY VERY RUDE, then told me they were in my area Sat, but it was up to the driver where they delivered, then after talking awhile said the driver didn't have a ticket for me,,, Now I have called 6 Times to get heating fuel, and they tell me they don't have a ticket 😡 Very Very Unprofessional !!!!

Had to hit a star to even comment..been doing business w wythe oil for 40yrs called a week nd half ago for a delivery..never came ..called Monday morning told us"We would not b getting oil today that we r not the only ones on the face of the earth" told them "no but we have done business w u for 40yrs nd this is how u talk to us" won't b doing business w wythe oil anymore!!

They are always friendly and take care of us promptly even when short handed
