I can't say enough good things about Anthony and his team. Our 37-year-old furnace finally gave out, so I called Cool Effects—they had installed our upstairs HVAC 15 years ago (which is still running great). Anthony had Matt and the crew come out to inspect the old furnace, and they quickly diagnosed a shot gas valve and confirmed that replacement was the best option. Anthony came out, took measurements, and that evening sent me an estimate that was very reasonable. Two days later, the team returned to install the new furnace. He showed up when he said he would, provided an estimate in a timely manner, pulled the necessary permit, his work was immaculate, and his prices were competitive and fair.
