We had an issue with our AC unit in the middle of summer, and this company came out right away. Two other companies told us we needed to replace the entire unit, but Corey the owner quickly diagnosed the problem and explained it was repairable. I really appreciate their honesty and fast response—especially during the hottest time of year. Thanks to them, our AC is working great again without the unnecessary expense of a replacement.

Great Service! We would use this company again, for sure! Our downstairs AC went out yesterday afternoon. We called two other ac repair companies. The first one couldn't come out for two weeks and the other company didn't answer their phone. I called Cool Kings because of all the great reviews and I'm so glad I did. Melissa answered the phone right away, I explained the problem and she said they would be able to come out this afternoon! Wow! Amazing! Levi Lutrick and Gavin showed up right at the time they quoted. The capacitor had gone out on the downstairs unit. Levi had it up and running in less than 25 minutes. Levi and Gavin came inside to make sure the air was blowing, and it was. We introduced them to our Golden Retriever, Lady, who loves them. Thank you guys!

Cory is a good dude. Our AC went out last summer during August. He sent Levi out and they worked with us to get it fixed immediately for a much better cost than anyone else was offering. They were professional and did great work when replacing our unit. A year later now and our thermal expansion valve locked up and the cold air stopped blowing. These guys came out same day and worked it out. They drove all the way to San Marcos to get the part and had our AC working almost immediately. I can't recommend these guys enough!

I've had a great friendship with the owners and operators of this company. They are family oriented and true to their word, me buying my first home at 27 in Buda , I called them immediately knowing the house I bought was a original unit and needed a refresh. Once I called cool kings they came out worked their hearts out to make sure we were taken care , but not only because they are family, but they treat every customer as family. I want to thank Levi, Corey and the crew for their great quality in performance and service. hats off to the guys that deal with the heat and the winter times, is when we need it most.
