Cool Pools

Colin at Cool Pools did a FANTASTIC job installing my new pool liner !!! My wife and I are extremely happy with it. Colin and the crew were all very Professional , took great care with all the details , and overall did a GREAT job with the new Liner. We had great communication with each other and the job was completed on the scheduled date. Colin had also built the original pool over 20 years prior , so he has a huge amount of experience , and it was fun seeing him again. I would recommend Cool Pools to everyone. Thanks, Gordie

Cool Pools installed a new pool for us (Spring 2020), and everything went extremely well on a particularly challenging site. Colin (the owner) is professional and very knowledgeable. We needed chemicals mid-summer (had a problem with Algae), and he walked us through exactly what to do and dropped off the chemicals we needed. I highly recommend Cool Pools for a new pool, pool service, or pool chemicals. They are very friendly and easy to work with.

I would really love to give cool pools a better score unfortunately after multiple attempts to contact they have not responded. I have tried calling and I have tried emailing them as well. Me of course waiting to the end of the season knowing that my project might take a bit of time. I’m disappointed because all of their stellar reviews.

Cool Pools has been providing maintenance for my two neighborhood pools for several years and I highly recommend them. They leave the pools extra clean each time and the stuff are very friendly and helpful!
