This was our 3rd time hiring Darrin to do upholstery cleaning - clearly we've been very satisfied with his work. He is a great communicator, and sets high expectations for the quality of his work. He then meets those high standards! Additionally, on this recent visit he tackled a large, ugly chemical stain from a previous cleaner years ago. My experience with Darrin and Crystal Carpet was excellent. He communicated in a timely fashion, accommodated my scheduling requests, and a reschedule, and the carpets came out great. All the stains that were there are now gone. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely use them again when it is time!
