We are very happy with our new kitchen. Everyone at Woodstock Kitchens & Baths was helpful, kind, and professional. The designer looked at our old kitchen and saw possibilities we hadn't even thought of, and then he and our contractor made those possibilities come to life. Overall, our experience collaborating with Woodstock kitchen and bath did not meet our expectations. We anticipated a smoother process but unfortunately that was not the reality. We were informed that Woodstock le all supply orders ensuring accuracy and safe shipping. However, the medicine cabinets delivered were not the correct size, the three pieces of stone we ordered were cut incorrectly, and incorrect renderings by Ben resulted in a mistake that my contractor had to rectify at his own expense. After four long months, our one full bathroom was finished. The quality of the products was excellent, our designer was amazing, I'm sorry she's not with Woodstock any longer.
