Mark Adams and his team from Cool Zone AC were great to work with. My AC went out on Christmas Day and Mark was able to come out to my house the next day to assist me. He provided me with many options to choose from and in a matter of no time I had my new system installed. His team was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on installation day. The best AC company in Orlando! Tom just completed our maintenance and reminded me once again, why Cool Zone is the best. He was punctual, informative (reminding me of our 10 year warranty on parts) very kind, and provided sound recommendations for future maintenance based off of what the diagnostic equipment readings actually were versus making something up to sell us something today. My air conditioner went out and they were quick to get someone out. Then the whole system went out. They did a great job putting in a new system. They were very efficient and left everything clean and working great. I couldn’t say enough good things about them.
