Cooling Carolina got my unit working the same day i called. It was refreshing to find someone that was willing to repair my unit and not trying to sell me a unit that i did not need. There were no hidden fees and they were upfront about the cost of repairs before they started. If you are looking for someone who will be honest and not a pushy sales person they are the people to call.

Not only did he come in way below competitors but he checks in to make sure everything is going good in between service calls. Best service in Columbia, SC period! I look for 3 things when choosing someone to work on my home (especially when it comes to my A/C in these brutal Carolina summers). 1. Licensed, Insured and Transparent Business practices. 2. Honest and Fair quoting of prices with top shelf brands and warranty options. 3. Very Very Good at what they do when it comes to skill of their field. WOW! Thank goodness I found Cooling Carolina.
