Chris Hall, the "Son" of Ernie Hall & Son, took amazing care of us. He educated us completely on our options and responded quickly to get our new unit installed and warming up our chilly home. He talked us through our new heating & cooling system and even followed up several days later to make sure we had no additional questions. My husband and I both feel extremely fortunate to have found such reliable and affordable local service.

Chris checked the A/C unit in my home and a rental property. He was timely and explained each phase of his service.
