Technicians from JR Fallow came on October 21 to repair our HVAC heat pump. They were careful, courteous and knowledgeable. They came the same day we called! They later sent an estimate for replacing the heat pump and another estimate for replacing the duct work. All this at no charge. We are very grateful!

I always receive quick and expert services. 3 days before the snow was expected, my HVAC unit decided to die. J R Fallaw Mechanical Services had my new unit installed and up and running within 2 days. The old unit ran on Emergency Heat while I waited for the new one to be installed. I was so happy that I didn't have to leave my home during those freezing cold days.

I reached out on Sunday after my AC started having issues and got a quick response. Because it wasn’t an urgent need at the time I scheduled service for the following day and the techs showed up on time. They were very thorough and precise on troubleshooting and found the issue quickly unfortunately for me it wasn’t an easy fix. JR Fallaw Mechanical and team listened to my needs and were able to find a solution that worked best for me.
