Wow! Very pleased with Scott’s work. We just bought a house and he refinished all the hard wood floors and installed some LVP for us. It came out perfect. His price was great and he finished the job early. He is attentive to all your questions, trustworthy and a genuinely nice person. We get a lot of compliments on our floor. THANK YOU!!!

I was disappointed with the overall experience working with Scott from Cooper Hardwood Floor. There was a noticeable lack of care around the house during the job (see attached photos). Door jambs were scuffed, kitchen cabinets were scratched, and the refrigerator was dented and scratched. When I brought these issues up to Scott, his only response was that “the invoice states appliances are to be moved prior to the job.” He made no effort to acknowledge or take responsibility for the damaged door jambs and cabinets. What’s frustrating is that the company’s own website says furniture does not need to be moved, which is completely contradictory. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and careless, with poor attention to detail. I can now see why his prices are lower than competitors —

Scott did a FABULOUS job on our hardwood floors. He laced our new hardwood with our current and it was perfection. Scott was extremely professional and easy to work with on our project. He truly puts the customer first and really cares about the customer 's needs. I highly recommend him!!

I highly recommend Cooper! Our project far exceeded my expectations. We have an older home that someone painted over the hardwood in our upstairs. They restored it to new condition! It’s stunning! Not only that, they were incredibly kind in helping me schedule around our son coming home from the Army for the holidays. Communication was fantastic and very tidy and polite as well.

We are thrilled with the restoration of our 98 year old floor. Scott spent a week working on our floors using a multi step process that produced amazing results. We would recommend Scott because he was courteous, thorough, and professional. He does great work!
