Aeron worked with us from the beginning with the drawings and was always clear and up front with the timeline and process. Seante was amazing during the entire design. She showed us examples, pictures, and colors and made this part of it fun. Not long, drawn out, and daunting like you hear about sometimes. 5 years ago we began the process of building our "forever home" with Copper Basin. Aeron worked through the process of helping us design the floorplan and look of our home. He took my pencil sketch and turned it into the house we had dreamed of building. There isn't enough room to describe all Seante did to help me design the interior of our home. She guided me through the selection process, helping me bring to life what I only thought possible on Pinterest! Once construction began, Phillip managed every detail. We have had a lot of issues on this home for only being 2 years old. Let's start with the air conditioner not cooling, a water spot in our ceiling from the roof leaking, cracks in our kitchen cabinets, paint peeling on kitchen and bathroom cabinets, 2 cracked windows in the dining room and bedroom for no reason,the bench in our hall by garage is coming off the wall, you can't wash the walls because the pain comes off. You pay alot for a home and this is what you get.I have lived in New homes for over 10 years and never had issues like this.
