Coral Isle Pools & Spas

We stopped in to Coral Isle a few weeks ago to look at hot tubs. The customer service experience was the best I've had in a very long time. I asked a ton of questions about several different spas in the showroom and Brian had all the answers and was amazing!!! We bought a hot tub that day. The entire experience from the purchase through the delivery was impeccable. Thanks Brian, you guys are the BEST!!!

I bought a spa a few weeks ago... When I returned from vacation. The electrician came over. The hot tub once filled with water did run cycle... However it stopped working after 1 cycle.. I called numerous times. I spoke with brain and explained my frustration. He came to my house on a Friday evening, he called hot spring free flow.. customer service was excellent. The woman on the phone was the one that was going to be directly helping us. She sent us a one-way link to use our phone as a screen. Looking at the control panel. She used a remote mouse to point out what the issue was and advised to hook it up correctly. It seemed that one of the wires somehow got disconnected and was given us a error code "FLO". She was able to id the issue and was fixed.
