Posted with permission: In late October I contacted the Vestal Office and spoke with Jen Kowalski and Sharon Hanafin to set up a home meeting with a representative from your company. A most professional contact. ​Alicia Palmisano arrived and we began the process of categorizing the household furniture that we needed to move down south. Alicia was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Alicia also told me if I needed any boxes or packing paper to stop at the office in Vestal. We did and there I met Scott Harrington who was most generous and accommodating with boxes and paper for packing.​ Our moving date arrived on November 19 & 20 and Rob Sleeper, Joshua, Ron and Tim packed and loaded the moving van. On November 21st the van arrived in Pennsylvania and our goods were off loaded by Rob, R

I recommend this moving service. A family member had a short move (about 10 miles). Furniture and boxes, as well as some more delicate items such as mirrors and paintings. Alicia graciously gave a last-minute estimate visit, and the team was scheduled as soon as possible in their calendar. The moving crew arrived on time, in spite of being a member short due to illness. Both the source and the destination for the move had stairs. The remaining team members were careful and efficient, and all items arrived in good condition. The team placed items as directed in the new apartment. The invoice was presented as lower than the estimate since the number of team members was fewer than expected. All-in-all, a reputable and effective moving crew and good experience.

They are awesome! I kept putting off hiring someone to have me move across town. I went the week before I had to move and they had an opening. The morning they showed up, I slipped on wet grass and broke my leg. They moved what had been packed from my third floor apartment to my new house with care and kindness. All the men were experienced and sweet. I cannot recommend them enough!

Do not under any circumstances consider this moving company. We had a horrific experience. Alicia came through our home to provide us with an estimate. We discussed items that would be included in the move and the cherished heirloom items that we would transport. On moving day, a crew showed up with a disgusted , not wanting to be there attitude. They broke items while loading the van and just left a pile of broken glass (antique crock in our driveway) along with cigarette butts. We went through the house again with our driver and pointed out the items that we were going to transport ourselves. While my husband and I were upstairs getting some final packing done, lo and behold many of the items we asked them not to take were loaded onto the moving van. Next, of course, we find

Very poor service. Gave me estimate for max 5 hours and they took 11.5 hours to finish moving. Also didn’t installed the furnitures properly. Broke some part of the furniture, contacted multiple times and didn’t solve the problem or repair anything.
