Here’s what was good about my experience. The estimator that came to my house arrived on time and was friendly & knowledgeable. He’s the reason I chose to go with Fancher. Our installer was on time, worked efficiently and was very professional. He explained how our new water softener system works and made sure to answer any questions we had. My experience with the owners and anyone who’s supposed to communicate with new clients was very poor. No one from Fancher ever called me once. I had to call and try to pull information out of them. (Like what to expect on timing of my project, and trying to get my project scheduled). Not one person called me to complete these things. You can & should do better in this area. It would be easy to put a process & person in charge of making 30 second phone

Excellent service! This is the second time we’ve used Fancher for services and each time the level of professionalism, knowledge and experience the teams have are impeccable. Also, would like to give a huge s/o to Chase.. He’s come out for services twice, and each time he’s been amazing. Great with people and knows his stuff. Great company all around.

Very pleased with Ken and partner worked well together Ken had no problem with install spot on work ethics answered any concerns I had it's nice too know there are still some professionals out there we'll appreciated Thank You!!

The service technician, Ben, who came to our house was professional, friendly, and serviced our furnace with efficiency. He also cleaned up (not that there was too much of a mess) afterwards, and gave me some tips for keeping our furnace running with optimum efficiency. I appreciated Ben's service, and I appreciate Fancher Services.

Quick install, very responsive customer service and sales team. Met with every salesman and foreman along the way who explained every step of the process as they did it. They also worked with me as I had a 7 head unit installed while I am renovating my home. Would highly recommend and would use them again in the future.
