I hired this company to do some home renovations and we had a good experience. I would definitely hire them again for future work. My 79-year-old home needed a kitchen renovation and we added a bedroom with full bath in the basement. The basement project included an egress window and extra doors for the laundry & storage areas. They even enclosed the staircase with walls & new carpeting. Additionally, they built steps for our back door and replaced some siding on the back of the house. We are really happy with all of the completed projects. I can easily recommend Dan and his team. Great communication.

according to the auditor website, this contractor flipped our current home before we bought it- we bought the house in the winter, come spring it was to our surprise that they used interior paint on our deck so it was completely destroyed. No bead board, metal framing, flat paint & non working exhaust fan in the bathroom has led to accumulation of mold and rust seeping through the paint on the ceiling within the first year of living. Trim downstairs laundry room & entry way was improperly primed and paint has chipped off entirely and sap bleeding through paint within one year of living, no duct fan installed for washer/dryer. We hired Core to finish our basement earlier this year. It is a project that we have wanted to do for several years but it didn't make sense until recently. Our experience with Core from start to finish was nothing but positive. They helped with layout to maximize the space, asked us questions to ensure the space was exactly what we wanted, and even built custom built-in bookshelves with an electric fireplace which is the centerpiece of the basement. We also had a full bedroom suite installed including a huge walk-in closet and full bath with tile on the shower walls and on the floor.
