Core Inspections

As a REALTOR in the Dallas area, I have used Meade multiple times to inspect my buyer's homes. He is very thorough in his explanations to the client and helps them understand what the priorities are, if repairs are recommended, or if a specialist needs to inspect further, i.e. roofer, structural engineer, etc

I've been a realtor in DFW for over a decade, and I recommend Meade consistently as well as personally employ his home inspection services. He has authentic integrity, extensive knowledge, and professional communication. So grateful to benefit from his expertise.

We have used Core Inspections twice now.1st time in Flower Mound and most recently in Paris, TX. It was quite a way for them to drive to far NE TX, but they agreed to come and look at the home we did purchase. We offered to pay more for their drive, but they refused, so we bought them a great lunch! Both were very thorough and carefully went over all points of excellence and areas of slight concern in both homes. My husband and I could not have been more please with Mead's and Bill's professionalism and honesty and we highly recommend them.

Terrible experience. Paid extra for a pool inspection yet he did not look for or find a junction box that was hidden behind a broken diving board. Also did not thoroughly inspect attic. We found tons of spliced wires that were not found. Also a new found leak in roof and we see that shingles were doubled in this area also not found by inspector Meade! I would not use this company or recommend to anyone.

Core Inspections did a great job! I called and they were at the house we were buying within two business days. They found an issue with the sprinkler system, the oven and the shower head at the house we are purchasing. All of these problems the seller agreed to pay for. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Even on a newer home like the one we are purchasing. You can never be too careful.
