I can honestly think of a handful of things that exceeded our expectations. From the start, the crew was polite, professional, and worked with great attention to safety and efficiency. They protected all wall corners and nearby furniture with corner guards, which we really appreciated. Slip-grip drop cloths were placed over our hardwood floors wherever they had their vacuum hoses. Every vent was thoroughly cleaned, wiped down, and properly reinstalled (a couple had even been upside down before!). We are happy to recommend Core Value Duct Cleaning & Restoration. We've been wanting to have our ducts cleaned for years, but never knew who to call. Shane and Tyler got here on time and worked extremely hard (even in this bitter cold weather) all day. They both were polite and professional and answered any questions we had. They also showed us photos of what our ducts looked like before and after. We were shocked to see how bad the dryer vent was since I empty the lint screen every time.
