Wow, first off… AVOID THEIR SERVICE! I have been a customer with them for a few years now and they do the bare minimum. I do not “yelp” ever, but I felt like this deserved one. After being a customer for 3+ years, I have had the full experience. I have had them come out weekly for front yard up keep. The quality was sub-par. We have uneven patches of grass throughout the yard due to improper care, and I cannot tell you how many sprinklers I have had to replace myself because of their recklessness. This is just the start. Over a year ago, I installed a concrete patio and awning in which another company drove heavy machinery over our backyard grass. Almost every sprinkler head was busted in the process. We’ve been using Corey’s for years. For all the services they offer. They’re always willing to work with our schedule and when asked, they will give me a heads up when they’re on their way to be sure our dog is inside. Had my irrigation system winterized and thought we had a bit of miscommunication with the office. Tyler was so kind to reach out and find a suitable solution for our needs. Very happy to have had him come over and work on our tiny yard. Everyone has been very helpful.

STAY AWAY AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Our landlord has had Cory's coming out for about 5 weeks. Our lawn has never looked so bad. The grass is always still long and uneven all over after a freshcut. Our sprinklers can't even spray properly right after a fresh cut because they leave it so long and sloppy. Then they skipped our backyard one week because there was dog poop. They leave the grass so long that it's impossible to find all the poop to clean up before they get here. So we got a "poop warning" because of their terrible job making it impossible to find it all. Do they expect us to go through and rake this extremely long grass to find it? Cory’s Lawn Service came out and did a yard clean up service for us. They arrived early, checked in with us about any concerns, and carried out the agreed upon plan. When we arrived home, our yard was clean and beautiful. We appreciate all the work they do in helping us maintain our home!
