Ended up having to purchase flooring at last minute. Unfortunately Murley’s Floor Covering, failed us. Kimberly made up for all the bad customer service we had experienced with the previous business. When I brought this up to the owner, he acted like it didn’t happen or that there is absolutely no way they are in the wrong. Thank you for making our new floors amazing. I will be returning.

Horrible service My dad and sister went in looking for carpets because we are remodeling our house. They were ignored by both the employees and owner. My sister tried getting their attention after making eye contact with them and then nothing, the owner then goes up and says if they needed help to go get it by going through the red door and asking if my dad even understand what she was saying. Never going back!
