Tried to exchange diapers I got at my baby shower for a bigger size (brand new never opened) and was told without a gift receipt or the membership who bought it I cannot exchange them. I was also told to try to ask everyone that was at my baby shower. Now I have diapers my baby cannot fit but cannot exchange for a bigger size. If you’re thinking of getting stuff for someone get them a gift receipt no matter what.

I have no issue with Costco themself. However, I have an issue with Customer Service at the Avon location. I went in today to get my new card printed. The woman at the counter was rude and made me feel un-valued as a member. She even looked at my card and made the comment "You're just a Gold Star Member, so you have to wait to shop for another 2 minutes". She literally made me go out and stand in line, for them to verify that the card she just gave me was a valid membership card. I almost went back in and asked to just cancel my membership. I was so frustrated by the way she talked to me, that I left and forgot most of everything I went in for. I went down to Sam's Club in Sheffield instead and did the bulk of my shopping there. Costco Warehouse offers excellent prices for groceries, seasonal items, furniture, home appliances, home products and gasoline, especially in bulk. Almost anything you need can be found there, but you must be a member to shop. Their rosterie chicken is a must-try product which is priced cheaper than their fresh chicken. During the afternoon and weekend they offer small food and snack samples to taste opening the door and options for how and what you can buy to feed your families. They regularly have specials that you can see online, with choices to purchase online. in the store, or order it to be shipped or picked up at the store. It’s a secure place which provides you options and satisfaction that you can easily return it if it’s not working or what you really wanted.

I went to pick up A cake today for my mother's birthday at exactly 5:25pm. The person that Explain how the cake Ordering works was phenomenal, But When I went to pick up my cake, I approached the same area where I was told to pick it up, There was a person putting trays away, and I Wave that I'm, One of those waves that said " Hi, I'm here to pick up a cake" The Person made eye contact with me, So I gave him his space In my mind, he was going to finish putting the trays, A lady skiped in front of me and did the same thing, but this time he Stop what he was doing and came to attend this lady. Bought a membership for Costco selection of organic foods and Kirtland products. Everything I wanted to buy is discontinued. So I bought 2 tires for my truck. Paid and scheduled online. Same tires I have but 2 are pretty worn. Cost a fortune. And Costco refused to mount them, saying I need 4 tires or nothing. NOT what it said online. Waited in multiple lines for refunds on the tires and our useless membership. Customer service sucks - not enough people to handle the long line of returns that happen every single day. Go to Sam's club. 1000% better benefits, prices, and service!! Goodbye Costco and good riddance. We will NOT be back.
