Costco Wholesale

Newer member and very disappointed. We have shopped in store about 5 times. The first overwhelming and chaotic with my lack of preparation obvious. However every visit since my husband and I have been stalked/followed throughout the store. Checkout where exceptionally long wait times are normal we witnessed the checkout crew throw heavy items on top of breads and eggs. Delicate items handled as though they were made of cement During my third visit I voiced my con concern and was told to check myself out next time. So time is money and Costco cuts short side when it comes to customer service. It is not the normal shopping experience and I expect that but won't settle for rude careless behavior. We bulk shop and cause a problem when our cart is full for checkout staff on time limits p

MOST PPL TALK ABOUT JUST THE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN always at a deal, Pumpkin Pies the size of hubcaps for $5 or the Totes that come n go. NO. I’m talking about that Award Winning Angus Sharp Cheese & it’s Aged to perfection. Now i simply love a good sharp cheddar, it’s gotta be right tho. I don’t want that mac n cheese flavor when i bite i want a solid foundation. & NOTHING compares. Please never lose this contract; never lose communication with this distributor. I thought after eating this I could try cheeses from other spots , but No. It’s Simply the Reason that cheese is award winning! BEST CHEESE EVER by Adam’s Reserve 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 2nd place is the aldis vermont white cheddar, aged 5 years!!!! WHEWW BOTH YALL IN A SANDWICH BATTLE WITH CHEESES WOULD BE SOMETHING SPECIAL. Great deals on some winter fall shirts. Only went in to renew my membership, but ended up spending $125, besides the $65 membership fee. I usually order everything online that we need, but because of my rewards points from their credit card I had to go in person to get it and apply it for the membership fee. Love this store and I always visit the snack bar on the way out. 😊

The Midland Costco is relatively new and as such not as crowded as many Costco’s I have visited. The only one that was newer and less busy was the north Oklahoma City location, which was fantastic. Generally, Costco is a great place to shop. No better seafood, beef or other meat in Midland. The rotisserie chicken is of course, legendary (as is the food court). The only gripe I have for Costco in general is that they get many food items that tend to be short lived in terms of availability. Once you really love a certain item, it may be discontinued for some unknown reason(s). This has happened several times, but so it goes, just be aware. We call it the "Hot Dog Store" because of their $1.50 hot dogs and soda. Main comment is... If you see it... Buy it... It might not be there when you visit again. This applies to food as much as any other items in the store. Also... Great people there! Please treat them well... We all need compassion and understanding.
