Our renovation project was challenging as our city apartment is in a historically certified building that is over 100 years old. Opening walls and floors is always a risk and we were met with some truly surprising problems. Adam and his crew were up for every challenge and worked with building management, engineers, and whatever systems we needed in order to get the job completed and completed beautifully. The finished product is a lovely renovated apartment that meets all our family's needs. We could not be more pleased with the results. My wife and I chose Cottage Industries for a large project in our home. We hired Cottage Industries to renovate our unfinished basement in Wayne to serve as a multi-functional space for our family of four, including a play space for our two young children, unfinished storage space and closet pantry, kitchenette with mini fridge, an exercise area, and a desk space.
