We have been using J&B Comfort since 2014 for our locations. Barb, and Jim- the owners, are extremely friendly and honest people. Their team is very knowledgeable and friendly. This company is a MUST if you are in need of a HVAC company!

My experience with J&B Comfort Systems, Inc. has been no less than five stars. They are very easy to work with re: in scheduling and also the actual maintenance appointment. The service technician is very respectable of my place; they wear booties and they are also very professional and pleasant. That's why I remain with J&B.

I had a rather poor experience with JnB. First, the technician who came out was rather nice. However, inexperienced and was constantly trying to talk to the boss on what the issue might be by explaining on the phone. The issue that was diagnosed was something I brought it to him which he had dismissed originally as being a non-issue. To top everything off, the scheduler never told me about the dispatch fee of $150 (I thought it was free estimate) which is much much higher than the avg $70 we see on the market. Additionally, they ran a Co2 push to the AC to test something which was additional $19 or $29 (I dont remember) without consent or prior heads up on the cost. We were very pleased with the work done by J & B. We had two units installed. You can always count upon the good service J & B provides. So when you are shoping for a new air conditioner, always consider where you will always get great service when you need it. That is an important fact to consider. The Nicholsons

My HVAC failed four days before a big party I was hosting at my home - and the forecast was calling for hot weather all week! J&B came through for me - it was an absolute miracle. They got me a quote, moved their schedule around and were able to order and install a brand new HVAC just in time for my event. PLUS their prices blew the other vendors I'd been considering using out of the water. And their technicians are kind, polite, conscientious and hardworking. I can't say enough good things about this company.
