Due to a fire loss in April 2023, my home was completely reconstructed. There so many decisions to make from flooring to tiles to each and every door knob. I went to Florida and Decker and met with their designer and Devon, Meredith. I also met with designers in their Springfield store. At each store the staff were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the materials. I wound up getting tiles for my bathroom, kitchen and basement floor. Choosing the grout correct grout enhances the appearance of the tiles. The designers were very helpful in this regard, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my purchases. Shout out to Mephki and Zayd. I ended up returning a huge order and exchanging for different flooring. They were extremely helpful and patient despite it being a bitterly cold day. Love our new floors.

When I was ready to pay for my purchase, I asked if the contractor who is doing the work could pick up the box of wood (22 sq. ft.) at anytime over the next few weeks and I was assured by two people that there was no charge for product I had paid for but not yet picked up. Today, a few weeks later, they called and said I had to come get it right away. It won't fit in my car, so we'll see what the contractor can do. If I had been told the truth at checkout, I would have waited to buy the product.

I had a fantastic experience. The manager Diavante Lloyd was so helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable and professional. Jim in the flooring department was also professional and patient. I would definitely come back for my next home improvement project
