We had a fantastic experience using Counter Culture for our kitchen renovation. Solomon was so easy to work with and happy to answer our (many) questions. The whole team did a great job of asking for our input on details and letting us know of any changes to the initial plan. There was a small hiccup towards the end of the project, and Solomon had someone out to fix it immediately and we stayed on schedule. Thank you to the whole team for their beautiful craftsmanship and we'll absolutely be using Counter Culture for our projects in the future.

Perfection! That's not a word which can be used often, but my new kitchen counters were installed perfectly. In my opinion, Counter Culture is the best choice I could have made. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the job is successful in every way. From the first time I entered the showroom, Solomon was very pleasant and patient. He took time to explain my options and was available whenever I had questions. The customer care is excellent! The installation staff was also pleasant and very skilled.

This was by far the best customer service experience I've had with any renovation. When having issues with our Invisicook stovetop, they responded promptly and helped us replace our unit under warranty. The repair ended up being tricky, due to the nature of our cabinets, but they were very flexible and went above and beyond to make it work for us. Our countertops are also gorgeous and impeccably cut to fit our unique kitchen shape.

I highly recommend Counter Culture for all of your home improvement needs! Solomon and Marianna were patient with all of my questions, and instrumental in choosing beautiful products in cabinets, flooring and countertops for my kitchen and downstairs renovation to my condominium.
