I have to agree with all the negative reviews. I was also switched over from a previous company. My issues with them are; the quality of their service is poor, their billing practices are shady at best and their customer service terrible. I am paying my last bill for lawn cutting and leaf clean up for $739. However, now I need to get out there with my own leaf blower because there are plenty of leaves in our mulch beds and corners of the home. Just very sloppy work and suspicious billing. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them.

After the company I had been using for years had to downsize due to lack of employees because of COVID, I was switched over to Country Club Landscapes without my knowledge by my previous lawn company. They take it upon themselves to add fees for service not requested or agreed to. I asked them not to do this and notify me prior to any additional service they wanted to provide. But, once again, I received an upcharge for an unsolicited service. The leaf clearing the did do that I agreed to was unsatisfactory and very upsetting to me. They blew all the leaves into a brook that we have along the side of our home. This has to be kept clear or it overflows and caused serious problems. So sorry I ever used this company.

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Despite polite requests from neighbors with small children and sick family members, Miller refuses to change his mowing schedule, even occasionally, and cuts a lawn in a residential neighborhood with 2 commercial gang mowers (North Airline in Wallingford) EVERY WEEK at 7:15 AM. Instead of doing a commercial account at that time, like PROFESSIONAL landscapers do, he ignorantly refuses the polite requests from neighbors not to ruin their summer days on a weekly basis.

Awful company. They mow our neighbors lawn in about 3 minutes, go over the property line all the time and side shoot the clippings onto our gardens instead of bagging. I've politely complained a couple times to no avail. Use another outfit for your landscaping needs.

This is the worst company in CT. The owner is rude, very rude. They increased their prices to an unreasonable amount due to gas increase, but then added a gas surcharge to the prices. I asked them to come up with a more reasonable amount to get paid and the owner said she doesnt negotiate with terroist. Don't use this company- just read the other reviews.
